• WhatsApp Campaigns is a brand new feature offered by the Meta group, allowing users to send marketing messages to their opt-in contacts via the WhatsApp Business API.
• SIB was selected by Facebook as a Business Solution Provider (BSP) to build a new experience using the WhatsApp API.
• Our clients can reach a new audience by sending marketing campaigns to an opt-in contacts
• To use WhatsApp campaign, the client have to pre-pay by purchasing credits (like for SMS); WhatsApp fees + 40% SIB mark-up.
• Some of the clients (from 1 to 10) that we recruit can start using our beta from December. For the others, we can fix a date with them for activation starting from next year
